We are helping the Jewish community in Addis Ababa to develop skills and trades that will benefit their homes and villages for generations to come. Our Agricultural Centers provide not only jobs, but funding for future projects as well. The Chicken Farm employs 24 heads of households and we also hope to establish Cattle Farms in the near future.

We have rented a compound for job training and a micro finance project. At our Job Training Centers, Jewish men learn practical trades that will help them to support their families and improve their communities. We are providing training for electrical wiring and plumbing, both important trades for the future of this developing country.

For our micro finace project, community members will be trained in the basics of good business practice and then we will fund the new enterprise lifting whole families out of poverty. The recipients will then make a small monthly payment into the fund so we will be able to assist others in the community.
