Rev. Jeff Friedman and his family have been nationally appointed U.S. missionaries to the Jewish people since 1990. Through mid 2007 they nurtured a Messianic Jewish congregation that they helped to plant in the city of Philadelphia. They have also taught in many churches on the Jewish roots of Christianity, the nation of Israel and the Jewish people.
Today new doors of ministry are opening for the Friedman family.
They have been given a special World Missions appointment to the worldwide Jewish community,
and are ministering to the physical and spiritual needs of Jewish communities wherever the
opportunity occurs. Humanitarian and medical aid often opens the doors to sharing the one
true hope of Jacob's children: Jesus/Y'shua, the Messiah and King of the Jews.
In the past few years the Friedmans have ministered to Jewish people in
Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Ethiopia and Israel where we
have opened a number of compassion ministry centers. In addition they have done seminars,
leadership training, and teaching in the Warsaw Pentecostal Seminary the Kiev,
Ukraine pentecostal seminary and several Assemblies of God colleges in the United States.
Many Jewish people have come to faith through this ministry.
Existing congregations have been strengthened, and new congregations planted.
The Friedmans are excited to embrace this greater opportunity for service to the worldwide
Jewish community.
