Ukraine

We have done seminars for the Pentecostal church in Ukraine. For the first time in the history of this church, leadership from around the country came to learn about Israel and the Jewish people. We also did a seminar in the Kiev seminary teaching these future leaders of the church about the roots of the Christian faith and their obligation to bless the Jewish people.

In Simferopol in the southern part of Ukraine known as the Crimea, we have worked with another Messianic congregation. Over a 6 month period hundreds of Jewish families received food and a Gospel witness. We did a seminar that over one hundred Jewish people from the community attended. In addition we did leadership training to better equip these Jewish believers to better reach their community.

In Zhitomir, Ukraine, we distributed food to needy elderly people. One hundred bags were distributed, each containing a month's worth of basic foods. People waited in line for two hours or more.
