November 2023 – Stand with Israel – Prayers

Stand with Israel –

Standing with Israel –

Israel is a unique country where multiple ethnicities/religions live and work side by side, even though not always in perfect harmony. Everything changed for this nation on October 7, and it is only the beginning. The horrible evil unfolding in the Land is beyond human understanding. Even the bravest of men shed tears. Nothing is normal in the land. No public transportation, businesses and schools open sporadically, soldiers sleeping wherever there is space, and ordinary people preparing meals to feed them. More change and sacrifice are coming. We stand with Israel and we pray for all peoples in this region.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”  (Ephesians 6:12)

STAND & PRAY FOR:

  • Safety for and a miraculous rescue of the hostages, as the Lord lead David and his men to recover everything from the Amalekites (1 Samuel 30:11, 15-19)
  • Comfort for Gazan and Israeli families and salvations
  • Israeli government and military leaders to work in unity, have understanding of the times and know what to do (1 Chronicles 12:32)
  • Protection, courage, strength, equipment and alertness for the soldiers (Deuteronomy 20:3)
  • Provision for those who have lost employment
  • The ability to show compassion to enemies as Joseph had toward his brothers (Genesis 43:40)
  • Believers in each of the surrounding nations to be encouraged in the Spirit and to comfort others, to be protected and have their needs met (Psalm 86:17)
  • Pray more churches and pastors to step into an active love for the Jewish people by praying day and night until God establishes Jerusalem and makes it a praise in the earth. (Isaiah 62:6, 7)

Prayer for Jacob’s Hope & Stand with Israel

We weep with those who weep” (Romans 12:15) and “we work the works of him who sent (us) while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work.” (John 9:4) Our ministry team was one of the first to respond with material needs for soldiers. We work with other like-minded ministries, combining resources and manpower for the needs of displaced families and soldiers. Also, ministry continues in Ethiopia and Ukraine. We have many more requests, emails, phone and video calls, needing answers and prayer covering.

PRAY FOR:

  • Protection and refreshing for our team members
  • Workers with Jewish understanding to join our team
  • Finances for the many needs
