Peace of Jerusalem – April 2026 Prayer Points
Peace Of Jerusalem –
Peace of Jerusalem –
Peace of Jerusalem – Even though we don’t yet see the outcome of our prayers for peace, we know our prayers will not go unanswered. We see the media visuals and hear their summaries
and predictions. Believers know that no international organization, no powerful
military, no coalition of neighboring states can bring about the peace of Jerusalem.
God sees our response to the conflict as we feel the war in our spirit. Our responsibility
is to care for the souls of the people and to respond in love and with prayer for the
peace of Jerusalem.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you be secure.”
Psalm 122:6 NIV
PRAY FOR:
• The spiritual state of the Jewish and Arab people so that their hearts will
seek the One who gives hope and a future. (Jeremiah 21:11)
• A miraculous move of God’s Spirit in Israel and Iran.
• God’s kingdom come and His will be done in Jerusalem as it is in heaven.
• Believers not to grow weary in praying for the peace of Jerusalem.
Sharing the Love of Messiah
This ongoing war is producing unexpected opportunities for sharing the love of
Messiah. The believer who carries the Holy Spirit’s presence and His shalom into the
bomb shelter acts as a witness to the Jewish neighbors sheltering there as well. In this
stressful environment come moments for sharing the love of Messiah. In addition to
that, the non-believer is perhaps meeting for the first time a believer in Messiah Jesus.
“He who guards Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps.” Psalm 121:4 NIV
PRAY FOR:
• Sharing the love of Messiah to be well received during stressful times.
• Believers to have the right words to speak at the right moments.
• Bomb-shelter conversations to diminish the Jewish animosity toward
believers.

Associates of Jacob’s Hope
From one of our associates in Israel came this request: “The frequent trips to a bomb
shelter are taking a toll on the missionary children.” Actually, it is all Israeli children
who are more anxious about the sirens, shelters, disruptions to their routines, and
interrupted sleep. At our Hope Center, a Christian counselor meets with families and
individuals. The counselor has an inordinate number of people seeking help for war-
related trauma.
For I hold you by your right hand—I, the Lord your God. And I say to you “‘Don’t be
afraid. I am here to help you.” Isaiah 41:13 NLT
PRAY FOR:
• The missionary children to experience God’s supernatural peace.
• The trauma of this will not prevent God’s plans and purposes for the
children.
• The Lord to strengthen and refresh the Christian counselors with His
Word.
• Those unbelieving Jewish and Gentile people attending Passover Seders
to connect with their Jewish Messiah Jesus.
It is our privilege to pray for your needs.
