Prayer for Israel and the Jewish People
This nation is rocking from the wickedness of the Covid virus. Even though 45% of the Israeli population has received two vaccine doses, the Covid19 positivity rate is now 10,000 per day. The Israeli economy is devastated with the country in its fourth extended lockdown. Not only are Covid-related deaths increasing, but the suicide rate among Israeli young people averages 112 per day. This week the international airport was closed to most flights to impede the newest virus strains. Finally, adding to national discouragement is a fourth election for the position of Prime Minister planned for March. However, in spite of travel restrictions, the pandemic emergency responses and government struggles, Jewish people globally are still planning to relocate to Israel, fleeing from rising antisemitism and responding to that God-given heart yearning to return to the Land.

PRAY FOR: Also protection from Covid
- The Lord’s favor on the nations who bless Israel and His people
- Nations to not accept antisemitism as “normal”
- The Lord to be the help and shield around the Jewish people, Messianic believers and Christians with the increase in violence and antisemitism
- Nations to take a stand against Boycott Divestment Sanctions (BDS) movement which further paralyzes the economy and hinders Israelis and Arabs from earning an income
- Godly wisdom for the Israeli government
- The people to pray for and not grumble against the Lord’s chosen leader
- Innovative ways to share the Good News of Messiah with people in lockdown
- Messianic and Christian congregations to cooperate to be the Lord’s hands extended. Likewise multiply the effectiveness of reaching the needy
- The young people not to fall into ruin, but the Lord opens hearts to receive salvation, an abundant life with a hope and a future
- The oil of gladness to be upon believers as a testimony of the Lord’s steadfast love
- The IDF to remain steadfast in their readiness to protect the Land
- A supernatural ending to the pandemic
Pray for Jacob’s Hope
- When the government lifts restrictions on gatherings, the Hope Center and the believers who volunteer there will continue to bless Israelis with the love of Yeshua
- Favor for connecting Messianic and Christian leaders for teaching, also worship, and relationship building
- Favor with leadership for digging a well in a northern Ethiopian community
- Jewish people coming to faith stay faithful to Jesus (Yeshua)
- Spirit empowerment for Jewish evangelism
