July 2020 Prayer Points – Annexation of West Bank
Prayers for the Judea and Samaria (West Bank) Annexation
July 1 is the declared date for beginning the annexation process in Judea, Samaria and the Jordan Valley. It appears there are too many details for Prime Minister and Gantz to agree upon so there is already a delay to begin the Mideast peace plan. Also there are citizens in the West Bank showing a lack of enthusiasm for annexation. As one man said recently he has too many problems to have concern over what he cannot control. Meanwhile, other Israeli citizens and foreign leaders heartily express opinions and make threats.
“First of all, then, I counsel that petitions, prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings be made for all human beings, including kings and all in positions of prominence; so that we may lead quiet and peaceful lives, being godly and upright in everything. This is what God, our Deliverer, regards as good; this is what meets his approval.” 1 Timothy 2:1-2 CJB
PRAY FOR:
- Leadership will seek wisdom and understanding from the Lord
- Executing the Lord’s timing will produce the fruit of a peaceful annexation process
- Also that Hamas will have no opportunity to gain a foothold as the ruling government instead of the Palestinian Authority
- In Addition the Israeli people will pray for their leadership so they may lead peaceful lives
Pray for the Poor and Needy
Most importantly the weeks of worldwide quarantine creates and amplifies many problems. Therefore the shelter-in-place guidelines increase necessities for the needy and poor.
“Bless Adonai, my soul, and forget none of his benefits! He forgives all your offenses, he heals all your diseases, he redeems your life from the pit, he surrounds you with grace and compassion, he contents you with good as long as you live, so that your youth is renewed like an eagle’s. Adonai brings vindication and justice to all who are oppressed. He made his ways known to Moshe, his mighty deeds to the people of Isra’el. “ Psalm 103:2-7 CJB
PRAY FOR:
- Health and wellness for the Jewish people
- Also the Christian community will demonstrate the love of Yeshua through compassion ministries to the Jewish communities
- The Jewish people will be protected as anti-Semitism increases
- The thousands of Ethiopian and Russian Jewish people waiting to make aliyah to Israel
- People will throw off a spirit of heaviness and experience the hope that comes from Yeshua
Pray for Shelanu TV
Firstly Hebrew-speaking Messianic believers were given a voice on Israeli cable TV for three months. Secondly this week the Regulatory Commission withdrew the broadcasting permit for the programming. Subsequently the programs’ producers are preparing to move to online television.

- Creative, original Hebrew language Messianic content
- Global interest grows for Hebrew-language Messianic programming
Prayer for Jacob’s Hope
- Spirit empowerment for Jewish evangelism
- Also the Lord opens doors to the best partnerships with organizations serving the Jewish people
- Likewise AGWM missionaries and associates will put on the garment of praise
