June 2019 Prayer Points / No Anti-Semitic Words or Action
Prayer for the Anti-Semitic
Anti-Semitic words and actions are frequently in the news. Germany, Ireland, Argentina, the World Health Organization and the measles outbreak in the US are a few places where slander against Israel and the Jewish people are newly appearing.
“I get furious when evil people turn against your Law. No matter where I am, your teachings fill me with songs. Even in the night I think about you, Lord, and I obey your Law. You have blessed me because I have always followed your teachings. You, Lord, are my choice, and I will obey you. With all my heart I beg you to be kind to me, just as you have promised.” Psalms 119:53-58 CEV
PRAYER – No Anti-Semitic: Father, sometimes I get infuriated with people who slander and attack the Jewish people (No Anti-Semitic).
I repent; forgive me and forgive these offenders. I pray they choose to receive your gift of salvation, but if already believers, they will change their thoughts and actions toward your people. Thank you for your mercy and steadfast love, now and forever.
Pray for Global Leadership
The stalemate to create a government by Netanyahu results in another Israeli election in September. This is one more example of the turmoil following national elections. The elections in the EU, Latvia, Ukraine, Poland, and Brazil point to the rise in national populist versus global governments. A scapegoat for government unrest is sometimes the Jewish people.
“Blessed be the name of God from eternity past to eternity future! For wisdom and power are his alone; he brings the changes of seasons and times; he installs and deposes kings; G-d gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those with discernment.” Daniel 2:20-21 CJB
PRAYER: We thank you Father for putting leadership into position and removing it. You are the God who sees. You know when and how current events will unfold. We pray Jerusalem will have peace, and that all will go well for those who love you.
Praise from Jacob’s Hope
“Praised be Adonai, Father of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, who in the Messiah has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in heaven.” Ephesians 1:3 CJB
